OH MY GOODNESS, I LOST WEIGHT OVER THE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND!!!!

I can not believe it, I must be doing something right! I think me walking to and from the Bus stop and even getting off a couple of stops before home has helped me. I must add I still enjoy my chocolate but in moderation though :) I just started doing 100 crunches before bed and in the morning, so I will report back in a few weeks if I see any progress though!

I am doing Great….

Well I started the week off by waking up with a Sty and well now it’s inside my eye and all gross and yucky!

Then that night I went out for Sushi with one of my closest friends for 30 years. It was amazing and I had left overs of the cooked ones of course, lol.

Now that I am taking the bus to work in the mornings, I am getting alittle bit of a walk in. But I had a brainy IDEA yesterday, that I should get off a few stops back and walk the rest to my house! Well today will be the first time that I try this….so let’s hope that I stick to my guns, lol.

I wish sty’s were like colds, all I need to do is sneeze on someone, lol, just joking!

To all the ladies out there, keep your chin up and keep on doing a great job.

My fat Lazy BUTT….

By the time I get home from working, the last thing I want to do is exercise. How can I get motivated when I live alone? The part of the city, where I live isn’t the greatest for someone to walk by there self and I don’t like malls (thats another issue, lol).

Temptation and lack of control…..

Well from my last blog, I gained 5lbs! But I am keeping my chin up…because I did it to myself. The slurpee’s were calling my name, and so were the multi-grain taco’s and spinach dip. OH yea, I also had a Bubble Tea and some chinese food…

Yesterday I was watching Rachel Rae ( I spelled it wrong I know), well needless to say I was in tears. Valerie Botanelli was on and she had two ladies on the show, that struggled with weight loss all there lives….well they both lost and well I am inspired to keep on trucking along, even though it’s tough. But hey I am looking forward to the hurdles that life throws at me.

So ladies keep up the good work and if you have gained like me, it’s just not your week. You will have better luck next week.

Cravings……

Why is that I can eat healthy food during the week? But crave bad food at home on the weekend. Also I crave the bad food about a week before my cycle starts…..WHY?lol….but I am serious
