OH MY GOODNESS, I LOST WEIGHT OVER THE THANKSGIVING WEEKEND!!!!
I can not believe it, I must be doing something right! I think me walking to and from the Bus stop and even getting off a couple of stops before home has helped me. I must add I still enjoy my chocolate but in moderation though
I just started doing 100 crunches before bed and in the morning, so I will report back in a few weeks if I see any progress though!
